The original Tipopils from Birrifico Italiano was in essence brewed in homage to the classic North German Pilsner. Jever, to be precise. The main difference being that it was further dry hopped gaining a bright hoppier finish. In Blackjack's case they’ve chosen Ella just to go that one step further in adding a little grapefruit, lemon and bergamot note to an already crisp, bright, 30 day matured lager.
