Yorkshire forced rhubarb sparkling pale ale. 

The name references the sound of rhubarb leaves and stems popping out of the soil, grown in the dark by cadlelight. With 60kg of Yorkshire forced rhubarb chopped and dropped into this brew the result is a crisp, sparkling pale with a zingy hit of rhubarb, a touch of sweetness and a refreshing finish.
