Do we have a treat for you...embrace the West Coast! Track have been working on their West Coast beers, and they really wanted to layer their dear friend Citra into every part of the process. They built the base of the beer on Pilsner malt and Cara Gold which bring drinkability and a touch of golden colour. They used Citra in the boil, whirlpool and dry hop. You'll find deep, heady mango, tropical yet piney resinous notes and a smooth bitterness before a crisp and moreish finish. Wonderful.
