Track have been using Citra hops since day one - the cornerstone of many of the best beers they've made. Motueka, on the other hand, is a variety they've been using more and more over the last year or so, and they love the unique qualities it brings to thier hop-forward beers. Wander With Me is somehow the first time they've used them as a one-two tag team in one of their IPAs, and together, they coalesce into fresh, vibrant green lime and passion fruit. They impart an intense tropical juiciness, whilst a delicate malt bill provides a soft, smooth mouthfeel and an incredibly moreish finish.
