There are many facets to the term photophobic. This intensely coloured stout was inspired by the idea of species thriving in low light conditions, in an absence of light. The beauty of a stout lies in a foundation of deeply roasted, dark coloured grains plus rolled oats which add a silkiness to the mouthfeel. Expect a delicious mixture of roasted coffee beans and charred wood smoke aromas, and a long lasting, full flavoured finish.
