Polly's have gone on record plenty of times about how they love a super crushable pale ale. Whilst they love a densely saturated hop bomb of an IPA or a positively potent DIPA, there’s a real skill in being able to reel back the ABV but maintain all those intense flavour compounds that brought them to the dance and not have to worry about your head the next morning. Around the World is exactly this - a fully sun drenched trip across the South Pacific, they’ve brought two mega NZ hops to the party on this pale ale. A cascading dance of Motueka and Rakau, bringing a tropical fruit salad of soft, juicy notes before balancing out with bright, zesty and zippy citrus notes to keep everything in check.
