Be captivated by the perfumed, summery essence of freshly picked elderflowers, delicately intertwined with the soft citrus undertones of our lambic. The aging process in Pinot Noir barrels adds an extra layer of complexity, imparting a smoothing softness that elevates the entire flavor profile.
