A tasty little DDH Pale. Cloudwater haven’t held anything back in this DDH Pale, utilising new Strata CGX hops which have roughly twice the concentration of hop resins compared to the usual T90 hops they often use. Powerful tropical fruit and citrus notes lay down the foundation while lashings of foam banana sweets, dried chilli peppers and bitter grapefruit are gently layered on top, creating a luxurious soft liquid.
