For SG24 Deya explored, for the first time, experimental variety CH3 from Crosby Hops. During their 2025 harvest selection with Crosby, Deya had the opportunity to get their noses into their exciting experimental range, which is starting to come to market. CH3 stood out for its decadent pineapple, watermelon and raspberry — how exciting! They knew they needed some for an SG release and decided to lead with it in this gorgeous IPA, with CH3 making up 50% of the dry hop. The remaining dry hop is split between Deep Cut Cascade, which is essentially late-pick Cascade (also from Crosby), and some spanking hand-selected Citra. We find more.
