This used to be Giesinger's Christmas beer. But they quickly realized that there is more to this light bock, which has such a lovely residual sweetness. So it's not just alcohol, but also that the Giesinger fans really like to drink it after Christmas. And because they can do one thing, namely learn from their mistakes, the good thing is now called Winter Doppelbock and, fermented with top fermentation and properly hopped in the brewhouse, will be sold well until the end of March. A nice present.
