This is the beer that most of the guys at Blackjack cut their teeth to during ‘craft beers’ big rise over a decade (or two) ago & they all remember that first time fruity, citrus hit & - what at the time seemed - huge resin punch and bracing clash of bitterness. Overall they owe a lot to that beer and wanted to create their own here. In the UK however, we’re all about the cask and that’s where Blackjack's lands. This is all about balance & clarity!
