This is probably Steep's most traditional soda! They get a literal mountain of fresh chinese root ginger, grate it all down to a pulp, press out all of the juice, then cook it until it sings in the pot. They then mix it with a carefully selected blend of unrefined sugars & just the right amount of lemon juice to give you this fiery little number.
